Order Designating the Chairperson of the Indian Residential Schools Truth and Reconciliation Commission as Deputy Head (SI/2009-45)

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 11(2)(a)Footnote ^a of the Financial Administration ActFootnote ^b, hereby

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2008-798 of April 25, 2008Footnote ^c, effective July 1, 2009;

• (b) [Repealed, SI/2009-45]

• (c) repeals paragraph (b), effective January 1, 2016.
