SCHEDULE(Sections 2 and 3)
PART IDescription of Airport Reference Point
The airport reference point, shown on St. Leonard Airport Zoning Plan No. S-2201-9, dated January 23, 1990, is determined by measuring 915 m along the centre line of runway 18-36 from the northerly end of runway 18;
Thence measuring easterly, at right angles to the centre line of runway 18-36, 150 m to the airport reference point having New Brunswick Stereographic Double Projection Grid Coordinates of North 873 700.71 m and East 198 925.79 m.
PART IIDescription of the Approach Surfaces
The approach surfaces, shown on St. Leonard Airport Zoning Plan Nos. S-2201-4 to S-2201-19 inclusive and S-2201-21 to S-2201-25 inclusive, dated January 23, 1990, are planes abutting each end of the strip associated with runway 18-36 and are described as follows:
(a) an inclined plane abutting the end of the strip associated with the approach to runway 18 having a ratio of 1 m measured vertically to 50 m measured horizontally rising to an imaginary horizontal line drawn at right angles to the projected centre line of the strip and distant 15 000 m measured horizontally from the end of the strip; the outer ends of the imaginary horizontal line being 2 400 m from the projected centre line; said imaginary horizontal line being 300 m above the elevation at the end of the strip; and
(b) an inclined plane abutting the end of the strip associated with the approach to runway 36 having a ratio of 1 m measured vertically to 50 m measured horizontally rising to an imaginary horizontal line drawn at right angles to the projected centre line of the strip and distant 15 000 m measured horizontally from the end of the strip; the outer ends of the imaginary horizontal line being 2 400 m from the projected centre line; said imaginary horizontal line being 300 m above the elevation at the end of the strip, saving and excepting thereout any portion of the said surface which may lie within the boundaries of the United States of America.
PART IIIDescription of the Outer Surface
The outer surface, shown on St. Leonard Airport Zoning Plan Nos. S-2201-1 to S-2201-3 inclusive, S-2201-8 to S-2201-10 inclusive and S-2201-19 to S-2201-21 inclusive, dated January 23, 1990, is an imaginary plane established at a constant elevation of 45 m above the elevation of the airport reference point, except that, where that plane is less than 9 m above the surface of the ground, the outer surface is located at 9 m above the surface of the ground.
PART IVDescription of the Strip
The strip associated with runway 18-36, shown on St. Leonard Airport Zoning Plan No. S-2201-9, dated January 23, 1990, is 300 m in width, 150 m being on each side of the centre line of the runway, and 1 950 m in length.
PART VDescription of the Transitional Surfaces
Each transitional surface, shown on St. Leonard Airport Zoning Plan Nos. S-2201-8 to S-2201-10 inclusive, dated January 23, 1990, is an inclined plane rising at a ratio of 1 m measured vertically to 7 m measured horizontally at right angles to the centre line and projected centre line of the strip, extending upward and outward from the lateral limits of the strip and its approach surfaces to an intersection with the outer surface.
PART VIDescription of the Outer Limit
The outer limit, shown on St. Leonard Airport Zoning Plan Nos. S-2201-2, S-2201-3, S-2201-8 to S-2201-10 inclusive, S-2201-19 to S-2201-21 inclusive, dated January 23, 1990, is a circle with a radius of 4 000 m centred on the airport reference point.
