Order Prescribing the Fee or Charge To Be Paid by a Province or Municipality for the Use, by a Police Force for which the Province or Municipality is Responsible, of the Police Information Retrieval System Owned by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police

The Solicitor General of Canada, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 1989-1899 of September 21, 1989Footnote *, hereby makes the annexed Order prescribing the fee or charge to be paid by a province or municipality for the use, by a police force for which the province or municipality is responsible, of the Police Information Retrieval System owned by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Short Title

 This Order may be cited as the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Police Information Retrieval System Fees Order.

Fee

 A province or municipality shall pay to the Receiver General for the use, by a police force for which the province or municipality is responsible, of the Police Information Retrieval System owned by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police a fee of $450 per year in respect of each sworn police officer in the police force.
