Wassenaar Arrangement means the Wassenaar Arrangement on Export Controls for Conventional Arms and Dual-Use Goods and Technologies that was reached at the Plenary Meeting in Vienna, Austria on July 11-12, 1996 and amended by WA-LIST (06) 1, 06-12-2006 at the Plenary Meeting held on December 5-6, 2006.
