Wassenaar Arrangement

Wassenaar Arrangement means The Wassenaar Arrangement on Export Controls for Conventional Arms and Dual-Use Goods and Technologies that was reached at the Plenary Meeting of representatives of 33 states in Vienna, Austria on July 11-12, 1996 and is described in the Initial Elements summarizing the conclusions of that meeting.
