Marginal note:Existing new staged member institution

 The references to “premium category 3” in clause (iii)(B) of the description of C and clause (ii)(B) of the description of D in the formula in paragraph 2(1)(b) are to be read, in relation to a member institution that became a member institution before the day on which this By-law comes into force, as “premium category 1”.
