His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to section 6 of the Freezing Assets of Corrupt Foreign Officials ActFootnote a, extends the application of the Freezing Assets of Corrupt Foreign Officials (Tunisia) RegulationsFootnote b for a period of five years beginning on March 24, 2021.
