The Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsections 13(2) and (3) of the College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents ActFootnote ^a, makes the annexed Order Fixing the Number of Directors Under the College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents Act.

1 For the purposes of subsection 13(2) of the College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents Act, the number of directors is fixed at nine.

Marginal note:Directors to be appointed

2 The number of directors that are to be appointed to the Board under subsection 13(3) of the College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents Act is fixed at five.
