His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to section 37 of the Canada Consumer Product Safety ActFootnote a, makes the annexed Residential Detectors Regulations.

Requirements

1 A residential detector set out in column 1 of the table to this section must comply with the standard set out in column 2, without regard to any other standard to which it refers.
