Prescribed Purposes
1 For the purposes of section 213 of the Excise Act, 2001, the purpose of applying any provision of Parts 5 and 6, other than section 213, of that Act is a prescribed purpose.
Coming into Force
2 These Regulations take effect on July 1, 2003.
