Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 48(2)(b) of the Broadcasting ActFootnote a, hereby prescribes $15,000,000 as the amount of the expenditure referred to in that paragraph in excess of which the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation shall not, without the approval of the Governor in Council, enter into a lease or other agreement for the use or occupation of real property.
