Order Transferring from the Minister of Industry to the Minister of Finance, the Powers, Duties and Functions under Certain Sections of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, is pleased hereby to transfer to the Minister of Finance the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of Industry under subsection 4(2) and sections 8 to 10, 13 to 15 and 17 to 21 of the Department of Industry ActFootnote * in relation to regional economic development in the Province of Quebec, except the agreements set out in the schedule hereto.
