Order Transfering the Powers, Duties and Functions of the International Expositions Division to the Minister of Communication

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 2 of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, is pleased hereby to transfer from the Secretary of State for External Affairs to the Minister of Communications
(a) the powers, duties and functions respecting international expositions under the International Expositions Program; and
(b) the control and supervision of that portion of the public service of Canada in the Department of External Affairs known as the International Expositions Division.
