All those parcels of land identified as “Type 2 Lands” on the following National Topographic Series Maps on file at the office of the Regional Manager, Land Resources Division at Yellowknife, which maps are entitled “LANDS IDENTIFIED FOR WITHDRAWAL ACCORDING TO THE AGREEMENT OF JANUARY 30, 1992 OR AUGUST 13, 1992 BETWEEN THE TUNGAVIK FEDERATION OF NUNAVUT AND CANADA” and approved on August 26, 1992 by Jim Umpherson, Regional Manager, Lands Resources, Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, and on August 25, 1992 by David Perrin, Claims Analyst, Land Selection — TFN Claim, Comprehensive Claims Branch, Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development.
Part II: Surface Withdrawal
All those parcels of land identified as “Type 1 Lands”, excluding minerals that are not specified substances as defined in the land claims Agreement between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty in Right of Canada, on the following National Topographic Series Maps on file at the office of the Regional Manager, Land Resources Division at Yellowknife, which maps are entitled “LANDS IDENTIFIED FOR WITHDRAWAL ACCORDING TO THE AGREEMENT OF JANUARY 30, 1992 OR AUGUST 13, 1992 BETWEEN THE TUNGAVIK FEDERATION OF NUNAVUT AND CANADA” and approved on August 26, 1992 by Jim Umpherson, Regional Manager, Lands Resources, Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, and on August 25, 1992 by David Perrin, Claims Analyst, Land Selection — TFN Claim, Comprehensive Claims Branch, Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development.
