Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 2(a)Footnote ^a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties ActFootnote ^b, transfers from the Minister for International Trade the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of International Trade under subsection 53‍(2)Footnote ^c of the Customs TariffFootnote ^d,
