Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-83 of February 12, 2025Footnote ^a; and
- Return to footnote ^aSI/2025-13
(b) designates the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Referendum ActFootnote ^b.
