His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples ActFootnote a, designates the Minister of Justice, who is a federal minister, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
