Transfer of Duties Order (SI/2019-123)

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a)Footnote ^a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties ActFootnote ^b, transfers from the Minister of Science to the Minister of Industry the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of Science under Part I of the Budget Implementation Act, 1997Footnote ^c that were transferred to that Minister by Order in Council P.C. 2018-1013 of July 18, 2018Footnote ^d.
