Transfer of Duties Order (SI/2015-97)

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a)Footnote ^a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties ActFootnote ^b, transfers from the Minister of Transport to the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs the powers, duties and functions under the Bridge To Strengthen Trade ActFootnote ^c, effective November 4, 2015.
