Order Transferring Portions of the Treasury Board Secretariat to the Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the Treasury Board Secretariat to the Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada the control and supervision of those portions of the public service in the Treasury Board Secretariat known as
(a) the Human Resources Management Office, other than
(i) the Labour Relations and Compensation Operations Division,
(ii) the Risk Management (Human Resources) Division,
(iii) the Pensions and Benefits Division, and
(iv) the Compensation Planning Division,
(b) the Official Languages Branch,
(c) the Office of Values and Ethics, and
(d) the Public Service Integrity Office,
effective December 12, 2003.
