Order Transferring from the Minister of Social Development to the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development the Powers, Duties and Functions Relating to the Canada Millennium Scholarships Foundation (SI/2003-204)

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the Minister of Human Resources Development to be styled Minister of Social Development to the Minister of State to be styled Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development the powers, duties and functions relating to the Canada Millenium Scholarship Foundation conferred upon the Minister of Human Resources Development under Part 1 of the Budget Implementation Act 1998Footnote ^a, effective December 12, 2003.
