Order Respecting the Remission of Customs Duties nn Dipropylacetic Acid also known as 2-Propylpentanoic Acid or its Sodium Salt

Short Title

 This Order may be cited as the Dipropylacetic Acid (also known as 2-Propylpentanoic Acid) Remission Order.

Remission

 Remission is hereby granted of the customs duties paid or payable under the Customs Tariff on dipropylacetic acid, also known as 2-propylpentanoic acid, or its sodium salt, whether or not with admixture, imported on or after January 1, 1976, for use in the treatment of epilepsy.
