Short Title

1 This Order may be cited as the National Energy Board Order No. MO-62-69.

Application of part IV of the act

2 The National Energy Board, pursuant to subsection 97(1)Footnote ¹ of the National Energy Board Act, hereby orders that Part IV of the said Act applies to every person who was operating a pipeline on November 2, 1959.
