 Section 17 of the Public Sector Equitable Compensation Act is replaced by the following:

17 If arbitration has been chosen under subsection 103(1) of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act as, or is, by reason of section 238.18 of that Act, the process for the resolution of disputes, questions concerning the provision of equitable compensation to employees may be the subject of a request for arbitration under subsection 136(1) of that Act.

 Section 20 of the Act is replaced by the following:

20 If conciliation has been chosen under subsection 103(1) of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act as the process for the resolution of disputes, questions concerning the provision of equitable compensation to employees may be the subject of a request for conciliation under subsection 161(1) of that Act.

 Subsection 307(2) of the Economic Action Plan 2013, No 2 is repealed.

 Subsection 316(2) of the Act is repealed.

 Subsection 310(1) of the Act is repealed.

2015, c. 36Amendment to the Economic Action Plan 2015 Act, No. 1

 Division 20 of Part 3 of the Economic Action Plan 2015 Act, No. 1 is repealed.
