126. (1) The provisions of this Act, other than subsection 12(3) and sections 64, 67 to 76 and 125, come into force or are deemed to have come into force on October 12, 2006.

(2) Subsection 12(3) comes into force on a day to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.
