10 Within 15 days after the applicant assumes responsibility for the safeguarding of an object or appurtenance that is the subject of an indemnity agreement, the owner shall file with the Minister a condition report describing the physical condition of the object or appurtenance as of the time that the applicant accepts responsibility for its safeguarding.
