Export Permits Regulations

2 (1) These Regulations do not apply to the exportation of

• (a) goods that are included in the List pursuant to section 3.1 of the Act;

• (b) softwood lumber products that are described in item 5104 of Group 5 of the schedule to the List; or

• (c) any goods that are referred to in items 5201 to 5210 of Group 5 of the schedule to the List.

(2) Paragraph (1)(b) ceases to have effect on the day item 5104 of Group 5 of the schedule to the List is repealed.
