  • 2. Section 34.1 of the Veterans Health Care Regulations, as it read immediately before the day on which these Regulations come into force, continues to apply in respect of any contribution arrangement for the provision of the services referred to in subparagraph 19(a)(iii) or (v) of those Regulations that was entered into before that day.

  • 15. The Veterans Health Care Regulations, as they read immediately before the coming into force of these Regulations, continue to apply to a member who has received their release message no later than December 31, 2012.

  • 373 For the period beginning on April 1, 1993 and ending on July 15, 1998, the term “province” in paragraph 20(5)(a), subparagraph 20(6)(b)(i) and paragraphs 23(5)(a) and (6)(a) of the Veterans Health Care Regulations is deemed to have referred only to Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Alberta or Newfoundland and Labrador.
