Ontario Fishery Regulations, 1989

Version of section 24.1 from 2006-03-22 to 2007-12-31:

 No person who is engaged in sport fishing from a vessel in the waters described in the table to this section shall possess more fish of any species on board the vessel than the daily fishing quota prescribed for that species of fish in the waters where the person is fishing.


1In the Territorial Districts of Kenora and Rainy River, the waters of Lake of the Woods, Shoal Lake, Cul de Sac Lake, Obabikon Lake, Rainy River, Rainy Lake and the Seine River system upstream to the Crilly Dam, situated immediately north of Highway No. 11, including Grassy Lake, Wild Potato Lake and Partridge Crop Lake
