General Permit Authorizing the Exportation of Egg Products
The Acting Secretary of State for External Affairs pursuant to section 6 of the Export Permit Regulations, C.R.C., c. 602, hereby issues the annexed General Permit authorizing the exportation of egg products, effective February 6, 1984.

Short Title
1 This Permit may be cited as the General Export Permit No. EX. 16 — Egg Products.
General
2 Any person may export from Canada any egg products mentioned in item 1041 of the Export Control List in amounts not in excess of 25 000 kilograms for each exportation.
3 Where completion and validation of customs entry form B-13 is required in respect of any goods that are exported under the authority of this General Export Permit, the form shall be endorsed “Exported under the authority of General Export Permit No. EX. 16 — Egg Products” or “Exporté en vertu de la Licence générale d’exportation no Ex. 16 — Produits des oeufs”.
