64.1 (1) The permit may only be issued to import an HFC for one of the following purposes:
(a) its destruction;
(b) its use as feedstock.

Marginal note:Importing regardless of purpose
(2) A permit may also be issued to import, regardless of purpose, an HFC that is recovered, recycled or reclaimed.
