Marginal note:Employees’ qualifications

81 Every employee at a factory or satellite site must be required to meet the following requirements:

• (a) they must be a competent person; or

• (b) they must be at least 18 years old, participating in the training program referred to in section 82 and under the direct supervision of a competent person.
