383 (1) When special effect pyrotechnics are stored in a Footnote *storage unit at the site of use, the unit must be made from, or lined with, a non-sparking material, marked with the words “Pyrotechnics/Pièces pyrotechniques” and kept locked. Nothing other than special effect pyrotechnics may be stored in the storage unit.

(2) The storage unit must be kept away from other flammable substances and sources of ignition and in an area that is not accessible to the public.
