11 For the purposes of subsections 144(1) and 733(1) of the Act, the prescribed period for the person to be notified is 21 days after the day on which the bank or the bank holding company receives the proposal or the proof under subsection 143(1.4) or 732(1.4) of the Act if it has requested that proof.
