British Columbia Sex Offender Information Registration Regulations

3 The following persons are authorized in the Province of British Columbia to collect information for the purposes of the Act:

  • (a) a member of the RCMP; and

  • (b) a provincial constable, municipal constable or designated constable, within the meaning of section 1 of the Police Act, Revised Statues of British Columbia 1996, c. 367, as amended from time to time.
