Tetrachloroethylene (Use in Dry Cleaning and Reporting Requirements) Regulations

6 Despite paragraphs 5(b) and (c), until July 31, 2005, a person may sell tetrachloroethylene to the owner or operator of a dry-cleaning machine equipped with a carbon adsorber instead of an integral refrigerated condenser, or use tetrachloroethylene in such a machine, if the carbon adsorber was installed prior to the day on which these Regulations are registered.
