28 Neither the Association, nor a director, the General Manager nor a member of a compliance panel is liable for any loss or damage suffered by a member for anything done or omitted to be done honestly and in good faith in the administration or discharge of any powers or duties that under this By-law are intended or authorized to be executed or performed.
