Version of section 17 from 2014-01-01 to 2015-07-15:
17 Subject to sections 17.1, 19, 19.1 and 32.2, motorcycles of a specific model year
(a) shall conform to the exhaust and evaporative emission standards applicable to motorcycles of that model year set out in section 410, subpart E, of the CFR; and
(b) shall not release any crankcase emissions.
