Withdrawal of Entities Regulations
Version of section 8 from 2006-03-22 to 2016-06-22:
8 For the purposes of sections 12 and 13 of the Act, pensionable service includes the period of service with the withdrawing employer that begins on the day on which the person ceases to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Act and that ends on the day on which the person ceases to be employed by the withdrawing employer.
