• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2021-939 of October 26, 2021Footnote ^b; and

  • Return to footnote ^bSI/2021-84

• (b) designates the Minister of Small Business and Tourism, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
