• Return to footnote ^aS.C. 2003, c. 22, s. 2; S.C. 2017, c. 9, s. 2

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2019-390 of April 26, 2019Footnote ^b; and

  • Return to footnote ^bSI/2019-23

• (b) designates the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, who is a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada and is not a member of the Treasury Board, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
