Order Designating the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada as the Minister for the purposes of the Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations ActFootnote ^a,

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2016-222 of April 14, 2016Footnote ^b; and
- Return to footnote ^bSI/2016-19
(b) designates the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, who is a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada and is not a member of the Treasury Board, as the Minister for the purposes of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations ActFootnote ^a.
