His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to National Health and Welfare Vote No. 65 of the Schedule to Appropriation Act No. 3, 1976Footnote ^a, designates the Minister of Canadian Heritage, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to co-ordinate policy with respect to the status of women and administer related programs, effective November 4, 2015.
