Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Public Service Labour Relations Act, as enacted by section 2 of the Public Service Modernization ActFootnote a, hereby designates the Minister of Canadian Heritage, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
