Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 86(2)Footnote ^b of the Financial Administration Act, hereby declares that all provisions of Part X of that Act that apply only to parent Crown corporations apply to Parc Downsview Park Inc. and that those provisions apply to Parc Downsview Park Inc. with such modifications as the circumstances require, as if it were a parent Crown corporation.
