B.02.052 [S]. Canadian Brandy
(a) shall be a potable alcoholic distillate, or a mixture of potable alcoholic distillates, obtained by the distillation of wine that has been fermented in Canada; and
(b) may contain
(i) caramel,
(ii) fruit and other botanical substances, and
(iii) flavouring and flavouring preparations.
