94 Where an official receiver, pursuant to paragraph 57(b) or 61(2)(b) or subsection 63(6) of the Act, issues a certificate of assignment, the official receiver shall forthwith

• (a) send a copy of it to the trustee acting with respect to the proposal; and

• (b) file it with the court.
