Board of Steamship Inspection Scale of Fees
Version of section 17 from 2006-03-22 to 2021-03-31:
17 A fee of $1,000 is payable for each visit that is made by an inspector, where
(a) an inspection is required for the purpose of obtaining authorization for clearance for a non-Canadian ship to proceed on a voyage from any place in Canada;
(b) the inspection is not made pursuant to section 14, 15 or 16 for the purpose of issuing or extending a certificate; and
(c) the inspection is not an inspection referred to in section 17.1, 17.2 or 17.3.
