Navigable Waters Bridges Regulations

6 Where a plan and description of a proposed bridge is required by the Canadian Navigable Waters Act or the Railway Act to be submitted to the Minister for his approval, that plan and description shall indicate any lights or markings prescribed by the Minister pursuant to section 4.
