B.18.010 [S]. Table Molasses

• (a) shall be the liquid food obtained in the process of manufacturing raw or refined sugar;

• (b) may contain sulphurous acid or its salts;

• (c) shall not contain more than

  • (i) 25 per cent moisture, and

  • (ii) 3 per cent sulphated ash.
